Lose Control
Music has a very special meaning for everyone. Some can’t live without it, others only listen to it in passing and still others only have partying in mind when it comes to music. But music can do one thing for almost everyone: awaken emotions.
For the project, an individual playlist was created for each of 22 test subjects based on a questionnaire. Finally, the people were portrayed under studio conditions while this unknown playlist was played.
As a result of the work, 14 portraits reflecting a variety of emotions were presented in a multimedia, interactive exhibition in which viewers could listen to the corresponding piece of music for each photo.
